Handspun Candle Mats
These gorgeous mats are perfect for displaying a special candle, vase of flowers or other precious treasures. The wool mats have been handwoven on a little pin loom using my own handspun yarn.
The colours in the 'Heather' mat remind me of the scottish highland, with soft green and heather like purples which combine to create a very soft muted tone with a lovely texture.
'Cappuccino' as the name suggests is a blend of browns and creams.
'Summer Skies' is a gentle blend of pale blue and coral pinks.
'Raven' is natural black Alpaca wool and would make an awesome addition to any Halloween decor, along with 'Pumpkin Spice', which is a gorgeous orange.
'Sorbet' is a combination of blues, purples, yellows and white.
'Berry Patch' is a mixture of reds, and 'Indigo' is of course a lovely deep blue.
'Paint Palette' is a beautiful colourful mix of bright handspun yarn, but does contain knots and quirks which make it especially charming.
Please note that due to the unique characteristics of handspun yarn, there may be slight differences between mats created with the same yarn and with the same name.

Materials:
Each mat is hand woven using handspun yarn.
'Heather' - 25% Whitefaced Woodland Wool, 50% Corriedale, 20% South American Wool & 5% Viscose Tweed.
'Pumpkin Spice' - 100% Merino Wool.
'Mocha', 'Cappuccino' & 'Berry Patch' - 100% natural fibres which include one or more of the following; Alpaca, Flax, Merino, Mulberry Silk, Polwarth, Tencel & Tussah Silk.
'Raven' - 100% natural, undyed Alpaca Wool.
'Summer Skies' - 100% hand painted extra fine Merino Wool.
'Indigo' - 50% Corriedale Wool, 25% Shetland Wool & 25% Tussah Silk.
'Paint Palette' - Merino & Corriedale Wool.
Measurements:
Approximately 14cm x 14cm.
Care Instructions:
Gentle hand wash and dry flat in shade.
